Returns and Refund Policy
We love our products and want you to love them too. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your Panda Rolls order, we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Requesting a Refund: If you're not happy with your product purchase and would like a refund for an order made online through our website, kindly email us at hello@pandarolls.org within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll sort out a refund. Please include your order number (check your confirmation email) and tell us what didn't click so we can make it right next time!
Easy Return Process: We'll provide a return shipping label and cover the postage cost. Simply print and securely attach the label (once you've removed any original delivery instructions) to the box or packaging your order arrived in (or suitable packaging if ours is MIA), and send it back to us. Easy right?
Return Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, the product should be 'largely unused'. That means if more than 25% of the product in your order have been used (like using more than 6 rolls from a box of 24), then we unfortunately can't accept the return or issue a refund (unless required by law). If you discover a fault in any remaining products, we'll happily refund you as per consumer laws.
